Mailsendora accepts online payments only through the official payment gateway:

• Razorpay (Secure Payment Gateway)

• All prices are clearly displayed before checkout in Indian Rupees (₹).
• Taxes (if applicable) are shown during the payment process.

• VIP plan is a time-based subscription valid for 3 months.
• Benefits activate immediately after successful payment.
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly mentioned.

4.1 VIP Subscription

VIP subscription fees are non-refundable. No refund for partial usage, non-usage, or early cancellation.

4.2 Custom Template Service (₹299)

Once work has started, no refund will be issued. Design is subjective; refunds are not provided for change of mind or personal preference.

4.3 Account Suspension

No refund if the account is terminated due to Spam activity, Policy violations, or Abuse of the platform.

Account Deletion: Requires admin approval (up to 3 working days). No refund for remaining VIP time.

Failed Payments: If money is debited but plan is not active, contact support within 7 days with Transaction ID and Email.

Unauthorized chargebacks lead to permanent account termination. All payments use Razorpay's secure infrastructure. Mailsendora does not store card numbers, CVV, or bank credentials.
