Mailsendora is a controlled email marketing & Making HTML E-mail template platform designed for businesses, freelancers, creators, and service providers.

• You must be 18 years or older
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• One account per user/business unless approved by admin

Accounts created with fake or misleading details may be suspended or terminated.

• Login is required to access the dashboard.
• Profile completion is mandatory for verification.
• Status types: Not Verified, Premium, VIP.

Once upgraded to VIP, profile details become read-only. Any changes require support approval for security reasons.

You agree that you will NOT:

• Send spam, phishing, or misleading emails
• Upload purchased, scraped, or non-opt-in email lists
• Violate any email marketing laws or regulations
• Abuse platform limits or security mechanisms
• Use Mailsendora for illegal or unethical purposes

Each user manages their own subscriber list. Subscriber data is private & isolated.

You are solely responsible for:

• Consent of subscribers
• Content legality
• Data accuracy

Mailsendora is not responsible for misuse of subscriber data by users.

Usage limits are strictly enforced to prevent abuse.

All payments are processed via Razorpay. We do not accept payments via WhatsApp, Phone, Email, or Manual transfers.

• VIP subscription fees are non-refundable.
• Custom template services (₹299) are non-refundable once work starts.
• No refund in case of account suspension due to policy violations.

Deletion Process: Admin approval required. Account deleted within 3 working days.

Data Deletion: Subscribers, Campaigns, Templates, and Tracking logs are deleted permanently.

Legal Retention: Name, Email IDs, Phone, Website, and Payment details are retained for legal compliance.

Limitation of Liability: Mailsendora shall not be liable for loss of data, delivery failures, or business loss. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

Intellectual Property: Platform design, code, and branding belong to Mailsendora.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
